Whilst it is possible, I don't think there are enough "illustrations" that could be used by Tolkien for this title, so I do not think Unfinished Tales will be produced in this format.

Looks like Klett-Cotta is re-releasing the green three volume slipcased edition of Der Herre der Ringe.
